Quotes provided by Total Escape are preliminary and do not constitute a confirmed booking. Prices and availability remain subject to change until the booking is finalized with payment.
Quotes do not hold space or guarantee availability. To secure presented rates and options, booking should be completed promptly after receiving a quote.
All prices are quoted per person in U.S. Dollars and are based on the specified travel dates. Changes to travel dates may result in adjusted pricing.
Travel arrangements may be subject to supplemental fees or surcharges imposed by airlines, cruise lines, or other suppliers, including after purchase has been completed. Any supplier-imposed changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Entry and re-entry requirements vary by destination and remain subject to change. Responsibility for verifying passport validity, visa requirements, vaccinations, health regulations, and travel documentation belongs solely to the traveler. As a general guideline, passports should remain valid for at least six months beyond travel dates.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect against unexpected travel expenses. Some policies may not cover pandemics, epidemics, or other unforeseen events. Total Escape may provide general guidance regarding insurance options; however, all coverage decisions and claim outcomes remain solely between the traveler and the selected insurance provider.
Total Escape reserves the right to correct pricing errors or omissions. Any necessary adjustments will be communicated promptly and transparently.
Please note: If a booking is not completed after research has been conducted, a planning fee will apply. This fee covers time spent researching availability and preparing personalized travel options. An invoice will be issued through Xero.Billing: All invoices are issued through Xero. A secure payment link will be provided electronically for review and payment completion.
